Sign Design Lab will manage your sign project from idea to installation. Our proprietary project management software was developed by one of our principals from the Silicon Valley. Coordination of site surveys, sign layout, landlord approvals, permitting, fabrication, and installation are managed seamlessly. We work closely with our strategically aligned fabrication facilities across the US, along with hundreds of accredited, fully licensed and insured, sign technicians to help with timely installation and maintenance of your signage. Relationships with contemporary brands such as Orange Theory Fitness, Crumbl Cookies and Verizon. Like franchises, our business is repeatable and scalable. We lock in your approved art and designs to minimize franchisee manipulation of your image. • Project Surveys: Site surveys including photos, site plans, and building measurements provide the necessary information to implement the best sign solution for each location. • Design: Initial sign design is the next step. We work directly with you, your design firm, and architect to ensure your brand and vision is carried throughout your signage projects. We Protect your Brand. • Landlord and City Approvals: We present your signage layouts to property management and owners. Each location has its own unique criteria and sign type allowed. Each city has their own permitting process. Understanding the best fabrication and installation methods allows us to create the right sign type to satisfy both needs and approval. We maintain landlord and leasing company relationships in every Metropolitan Statistical Area nationwide. • Fabrication: The fabrication process runs smoothly when the first three steps are executed and managed successfully. We work directly with the shop designers to ensure that the initial design can be fabricated. • Installation: Scheduling installation from our licensed and insured sign techs is the final step. Our techs are professional and keep a clean job site.
