Biogem (molecular biology and genetics) is a consortium between Italian National Research Council (CNR), Stazione Zoologica “Anton Dohrn” of Naples, AREA Science Park of Trieste, University of Naples "Federico II"​, Second University of Naples, University of Milano Bicocca, University of Sannio Benevento, University of Foggia, University Suor Orsola Benincasa of Naples, University Lumsa of Rome, Chamber of Commerce of Avellino, Comunità Montana dell'Ufita. BIOGEM IRGS, Genetic Research Centre "Gaetano Salvatore, has 12 laboratories of 130 m2 each. The research activities carried out in IRGS share the focus on genes and mechanisms involved in severe and widespread human pathologies. These issues are studied through animal models. The final goal is to collaborate in defining and implementing new diagnostic and therapeutic tools. CRGS | Genome Research Center for Health

Genome Research Center for Health (CRGS) was born from the GENOME and HEALTH project of the intelligent specialization strategy RIS3 Campania - "Campania fights against cancer" - and represents the first large high-capacity research and development infrastructure dedicated to genomics and translational bioinformatics research for health, with particular emphasis on oncology and precision medicine. The objective of the CRGS is to implement research in genomic medicine, making technologies and technical-scientific skills in genomics, bioinformatics and computational biology available to the scientific and medical community. The Center is divided into three poles: - University of Salerno, Baronissi Medical Campus; - University of Sannio, Benevento; - Biogem Scarl, Ariano Irpino (AV). It was promoted by Universities and private Partners operating in the world of research and health services, with co-financing from the Campania Region. The nature of the Center is being a Research Infrastructure inspired by the principles of Open Science and therefore aimed at collaboration with individuals and groups of researchers.

Karius

Karius sees a world where infectious disease is no longer a major threat to human health. The Karius Test uses genomics and AI to map a patient’s microbial landscape from a single blood sample to enable clinicians to make rapid treatment decisions.

MicroGenDX

MicroGenDX provides qPCR+NGS sequencing for the detection of infectious diseases.
