Founded in 2006, AJC Jazz is a two-tiered operation encompassing both live music performances for public and private events as well as music instruction. For entertainment clients, I strive to provide the highest-quality public and private event performances along with a courteous service, prompt communication, and top-of-the-mark equipment and musicianship. As a music instructor, I work to create custom-tailored lesson plans and materials to ensure that students are engaged and inspired while still challenged to exercise their full potential.

360 Artist Management

DAVID'S STORY In 2014, after much resistance, I launched 360 Artist Management as an off-shoot of my PR & Marketing agency, 360 Total Solutions after being pressured by my long-time friend Jamison Ross. However, the music business was not something that was foreign to me. Essentially, I am a musician that went to business school. As a kid, not only did I play drums, but I studied the instrument in depth. As a teenager I started playing piano studied jazz and gospel. After earning an MBA and working in corporate america, I first bridged my experience with musical instrument sales. Shortly thereafter, I reinforced that bridge with 360 Artist Management. My management philosophy and perspective is unique. I take my experience in corporate america working for Fortune 500 brands and I apply the same concepts to artists. I am fortunate to have had a wealth of experience across business units including, project management, advertising, product launch, experiential marketing and sales. Seeing the industry through the lens of an artist as well as a strategist is what makes 360AM different. Every thing that we do has purpose that supports our ultimate goal: to move artists'​ careers forward so that the world may experience moments of humanity.

The mission of EarCandy Records is to produce, distribute and make commercially available; high quality and socially responsible Hip-Hop and R&B music to the entertainment community and its fans. The owners/management of EarCandy Records, are music lovers that have over eleven years of management and business ownership experience combined. Our team, combined has over twenty years experience in producing, performing and selling music. EarCandy Records has formed a talented, energetic, results-driven management team, which currently maintains strong affiliations in the music industry through music industry relationships that provides EarCandy Records the opportunity to generate revenue from the world's largest music markets. As independent record labels adapt themselves, the nature of what differentiates a true "indie label of the future" like EarCandy Records from self-released, self-distributed artist ventures and the gap between them, has widen and allowed EarCandy Records to offer something that majors and money cannot buy. The management of EarCandy Records believes the key lies in offering a uniquely different experience based on a value system and lifestyle that the industry as a whole is too far removed from to see growing at the grass roots level.
