Joe brings over 30 years of recruitment experience at major pharmaceutical companies, including Schering-Plough (now Merck), Sunovion, BMS, Novartis and Celgene. Joe has a BA degree in Political Science from Rutgers University and completed an MS degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers Graduate School of Management. Certified in Behavioral Interviewing and has trained over 1,000 hiring managers in conducting Behavioral Based Interviews.
