CrossFit Central Houston subscribes to the CrossFit philosophy of strength and conditioning: constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity, in an effort to prepare our clients for whatever demands life throws at them! The supportive community at CrossFit Central Houston is part of the appeal of CrossFit, as members train in small group sessions with a trainer who focuses on teaching how to efficiently and safely perform each movement. Athletes at ALL levels - from those with no athletic background to those with a high degree of physical fitness experience - engage in movements that include olympic lifting, gymnastics, body weight, running, rowing, powerlifting and more. At CrossFit Central Houston, our goal is to prepare you for life: whether that means competing in a triathlon, or keeping up with your kids - CrossFit can give you the tools you need to reach any level of fitness goal.

The Dancing Feeling

The Dancing Feeling has been open for over 30 years. It is a full-service Social/Ballroom Dancing Studio that breaks with tradition in order to serve its member-clients better. At The Dancing Feeling, "the bottom line" is that the students are learning to dance - as rapidly as possible - and having a tremendous amount of fun in the process!
