Learning how to identify weaknesses and rehabilitate the injury is of huge benefit to both the individual and company. We can also provide online rehabilitation programmes via zoom. Private Personal Training Green G Fitness provides clients with fitness services from one-on-one personal training sessions and small group weight management programs to TRX and facilitated stretching. We currently offer the following programs: Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, Post Rehabilitation, Older Adult, Sports Performance, Flexibility & Balance, Core Stabilization and Functional Training. Other Services: TRX, Nutritional Counseling and PNF Stretching. Personal Training: One on One, Buddy or Small Group Training.
