Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust provides acute and community healthcare services to the people of buckinghamshire and neighbouring counties. We operate from 2 main hospital sites at Stoke Mandeville and Wycombe plus a further 5 community hospitals in Amersham, Buckingham, Chalfont and Gerrards Cross, Marlow and Thame. Our community health services include district nursing, health visiting, school nursing, children and adult therapies, and palliative care. We are also renowned for our specialist services. Stoke Mandeville Hospital is home to the internationally recognised National Spinal Injuries Centre, one of only 11 such centres of expertise in the UK. We are also a regional centre for burn care, plastic surgery and dermatology, and have one of the best performing stroke services in the country. Our ambition is to be one of the safest healthcare systems in the country and we are working closely with our health and care partners in Buckinghamshire to make this a reality. We are proud to have been designated as one of the first eight Accountable Care Systems in the country, a testament to the work we are doing to transform services and join up health and care for the benefit of our local communities.

Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust

Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust was formed on 1 June 2018 following a merger between South Staffordshire and Shropshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS Trust. Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provides physical and mental health, learning disability and adult social care services across Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent and Shropshire. We provide a vast range of community services for adults and children and specialised services such as rheumatology and rehabilitation, which are delivered in venues ranging from health centres, GP practices, community hospitals and people's own homes. The Trust also provides services on a wider regional or national basis including perinatal, eating disorder and forensic services. We deliver out of area sexual health services and our Inclusions service offers psychological and drug and alcohol services, in the community and in prisons, and has contracts across the country. We also provide genitourinary medicine services. As an organisation we serve a population of 1.5 million, over a core geography of 2,400 square miles, and employ around 8,500 members of staff. Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust

Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust formed in 2013 is responsible for University Hospital Lewisham (UHL), Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH), a range of community services in Lewisham and some services at Queen Mary’s Hospital in Sidcup. We serve a population of more than 666,000 people across Lewisham, Greenwich and Bexley, employ 6,500 staff and have 901 beds across our two hospitals. We have made many improvements including important clinical developments at our hospitals. Recently at QEH we’ve opened two short-stay wards that sit in a brand new building next to the Emergency Department (Wards 22 and 23) and significantly upgraded our CT scanning and endoscopy services. Developments at UHL include a mental health crisis café called The Harbour, the opening of Lewisham Dialysis Centre on site, a new MRI scanner and optimised conditions in our theatres. Our journey of improvement doesn’t end there with plans for ongoing improvements in the pipeline. Our vision is to work together to provide high quality care for every patient, every day.
