We are a venture capital firm that invests in startups building products that focus on reinventing how an Enterprise works.
With a target corpus of INR 700 Cr, our SEBI Regulated Pavestone Technology Fund is uniquely positioned to leverage long-term secular trends emerging from rapid technology innovation and consequent business model changes.
We strongly believe that broad decentralization of data and decomposition of applications coupled with the expansion and virtualization of digital touchpoints, and every increasing AI capability will force Enterprises to reinvest themselves. The discovery and support of startups that can help transform an enterprise will create a unique opportunity for its investors to participate in their growth journey. The fund adopts a very focussed and selective approach in committing its investments. The management team has, hands-on experience in supporting start-ups across the entire investment lifecycle coupled with deep experience in building and scaling technology companies.
We seek to partner with 12-15 early growth-stage firms (Series A / Series B) that are building products/platforms to solve problems of large enterprises (public or private). Typical investment is in the range of INR 25 Cr to 60 Cr. In addition, we will partner with 5 early-stage firms (Seed / Pre Series A) working on cutting-edge technologies (Frontier technologies such as Space tech, 5G Infra, Block chain, Quantum computing and EV components) that seek to solve large problems. Typical investments would be in the range of INR 8 Cr to 15 Cr.
