CDP Accounting
The firm was established in Cape Town by Charl du Plessis in 1999 after he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 1994. Initially the firm operated under various arrangements within other firms, but in 2006 it was set up as an independent firm. Soon the home office practice grew to such an extent that new offices were rented as the client base and staff compliment grew. In 2008 the firm purchased a house in Melkbosstrand which still serves as the hub of the firm. However, in only a few years, the firm outgrew the house but instead of moving to larger offices, part of the firm relocated to Bellville under the leadership of Eduard Nel (Professional Accountant (SA).
Currently we are exploring the viability of setting up an office in East London under the leadership of Spokazi Jojo (Professional Accountant (SA)). Our core values are aligned with those of the professional societies (SAICA and SAIPA) that we belong to, and is underpinned by unflinching ethical integrity that we continuously strive to perfect. Our most important stakeholders are our employees and our clients fully realising that the one cannot flourish without the other. For this reason, new clients and employees are carefully screened, and once a relationship is established, clients and employees alike are welcomed into our family.
