For more than 90 years, Easterseals Northern California has provided services to people with disabilities and their families to help them achieve their goals. We’re creating a more equitable world so people with intellectual and developmental disabilities can choose their path. We do this by reimagining how care and support can be better connected to fill gaps in human services across an individual’s lifespan. As Northern California’s premier home and community-based services organization, we’re committed to making care delivery easier for those with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities, as well as their families, by expanding access and affordability of direct services. Our experienced clinical team performs comprehensive assessments and services that are tailored to meet the needs of our clients and their families through programs including Early Intervention, Autism Services, Parent-Led Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Skills Groups, the Kaleidoscope Community Adult Program, Parent Coaching and Respite Services. All services are accredited by CARF International.

Valley Mountain Regional Center

Valley Mountain Regional Center (VMRC) intends to use our LinkedIn Page to communicate innovations in employment of people with developmental disabilities, ideas to inspire high performance in working in human services, highlights of the good work of VMRC employees, and the promotion of our career opportunities available at VMRC. We serve children and adults with developmental disabilities in San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Amador, Calaveras and Tuolumne counties. Free diagnosis and assessment services are available to any person suspected of having a developmental disability, such as intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, or autism. To qualify for ongoing support and services, a person must be found to have a developmental disability which began before the age of 18 and is a substantial handicap.

Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County

Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County changes lives for good. We help people of all cultures and beliefs rise up out of poverty and overcome the barriers to self-sufficiency. Because most lives are a complex pattern of choices and circumstances, we take a holistic approach to helping people change their lives, taking into account the whole person as well as their family and life situations. We do this through a broad range of services, including job skills training and placement, older adult services, mental health and substance abuse counseling, housing assistance, financial education, immigration support, and refugee resettlement. We also provide educational programs that help young people develop into self-sufficient adults. Each year, we serve more than 120,000 people in need. Our compassion and commitment go beyond direct service and compel us to address the root causes of poverty. We launched Step Up Silicon Valley, a Movement to Cut Poverty, part of a nationwide effort started by Catholic Charities USA. We are working with a coalition of community-based organizations, interfaith allies, government representatives, and business leaders who are working to cut poverty in Santa Clara County. Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County has been serving individuals and families for 60+ years. While we are affiliated with the Diocese of San Jose, Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County is a separately incorporated nonprofit agency. We are self-funded and operate independently with a CEO, Board of Directors, and separate financial structure. We are part of the nation's largest social services network through our affiliation with Catholic Charities USA, which serves more than 9 million people each year.

Child Development Institute

Child Development Institute (CDI), an accredited children’s mental health agency in Toronto, is a groundbreaker in developing innovative programming. We offer evidence-based programs for children ages 0-12 and youth ages 13-18, and their families across four streams: Early Intervention Services, Family Violence Services, the Integra Program and Healthy Child Development. Built on a legacy of more than 100 years of helping children and families, we have an established track record of success in children’s mental health and family violence.
