In early 1980s the founders of BioRain Company brought to act the theory of the presence of a scientific team along with a distributor company of medical and Para-clinical products-at that time-Behring distributor in Iran. The co-operation led to the considerable success of Behring diagnostic products which included winning important tenders of Blood Transfusion Centers, covering these centers country-wide for 5 years and becoming the leader of diagnostics in Iran for a decade. The same type of scientific back up was continued from early 90s concentrating mostly on Biotechnology (molecular and cell biology) field which was hinting at a promising future. The proposed project called PCR from A to Z turned out to be a well working plan allowing the team to achieve the goal of becoming one of the leaders of biotech presenting many world-wide known products of molecular and cellular biology in Iran. After 20 years of experience the philosophy of establishing an independent scientific company with potentials of serving and backing up all labs and customers searching for new techniques or technologies willing to expand their activities in biotechnology field by support of a scientific team has turned to a practical step in the frame of “BioRain” Company. Zist Baran (BioRain) basically is a scientific company aiming at developing different new branches of Lab. Sciences especially Molecular Biology in research and diagnostic laboratories of Iran. The founders forecasting the role of rapid new changes in the field of research and diagnosis which drove the whole process towards the molecular basis and naturally demand farther scale and simply more than just possessing sophisticated and automated facilities, tried to be in the field from years ago.
