Bay Design Associates Architects

Bay Design serves the Southeast from their office in Pensacola, Florida. Known for their management of each project by a firm principal, they take pride in helping clients accomplish goals through well designed facilities. The firm is a leader within the architectural profession in the field of sustainable design, responsible for two LEED "Certified" projects in the Pensacola area, including the new Escambia County Central Office Complex which achieved LEED"Gold" status. The principals of Bay design are active in a number of professional and community activities and boards, including the American Institute of Architects, US Green Building Council, NAIOP and many others. Included in the project types they design are hotels, healthcare, governmental, commercial/office, light industrial/warehouse and tenant space planning.

On June 1, 2011, 1x1 Design, a full service architectural firm in Columbia, South Carolina was launched. The firm aims to provide design and planning services for a range of residential and commercial clients, focusing on innovative design and delivery services, strong client relationships and the development of the professionals which it employs. We don't have one type of client, one type of design, or one type of budget. we simply aim to do what we need to do, and do it well.

PM Architects, LLC

PM Architects, LLC primarily caters to Federal Clientele. Our clients are all across the country. We work on design and construction projects for various branches of the US Military. Our company is in excellent standing with Small Business Administration and our 8(a) certification is good thru Aug 2019. Some of our current clients include: Ohio Air National Guard Ohio Air National Guard US Army Corp of Engineers US Air Force US Navy, NAVFAC SE We have a teaming agreements with some very large national and international Architectural-Engineering firms and we are always open to creating other working relationships. We have recently expanded into the Design-Build market by entering into a Joint Venture with another successful construction company.
