Aaron is a Unit Administrator at the Irish Air Corps, where he has been serving for over two years. He is responsible for managing and supporting the human resources, personnel, and administrative needs of over 100 frontline aircrew and technicians. He also liaises between sub-units and communicates vital information for personnel operational readiness and training. Aaron's previous role in the Irish Air Corps was as VIP Groundcrew supporting Air Transport missions for the highest levels of Government dealing with various VIPs with a high level of attention to detail, communication skills, passenger safety and security, liason with various internal and external agencies and providing a strong VIP focused customer service.
Aaron has a strong background and interest in security and terrorism studies, with multiple diplomas and certificates in these fields. He is a member of the Security Team in the Irish Air Corps, involved in various security tasks such as audits, reviews, incidents, and training. He is also an innovator and an author, having participated in and won several awards for his contributions to enhancing the Defence Forces' capabilities and culture. He is the founder of the Killester Garden Village Committee, a community initiative that honors the legacy of Irish WWI ex-servicemen.
