As a sales consultant for Agri Beef, increased annual sales by 36% over plan and increased sales $3M by developing and implementing new sales and marketing program for Snake River Farms’ Kobe Beef and Double R Ranch’s Angus Beef.
» Strategic Planning. At National Beef, built the innovation and sales pipeline for this $7B company. Analyzed markets, identified opportunities, brainstormed ideas, developed concepts, tested prototypes, and commercialized products. Developed and launched 30 new items in 2017 and 2018 (in addition to line extensions) such as buttery garlic burger with a 90% success rate.
» Large account management. At Summit Hill, managed national accounts including Church’s, Darden, Jack in Box, Kroger, Moe’s, PF Chang’s, Popeyes, Red Lobster, Texas Roadhouse, and Wendy’s. Industrial manufacturers included ConAgra, Dot Foods, Foster Farms, Fresh Creative, Golden State Foods, Harry’s Fresh Foods, Kettle Cuisine, PFG, Reser’s, Sandridge, Sysco, and US Foods, Costco, Kroger, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Wegman's, Albertson's, Walgreens.
