Being an engineer, I have always been fascinated by new concepts. I am passionate about learning new concepts, methodologies and I have applied them at various stages of product life cycle.
I am a competent quality professional when it comes to implementing management systems in accordance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 26262 and ISO 17025 standards.
I have requisite skill set to efficiently and effectively implement processes related to Product Realization, Quality Assurance/Quality Control and their continual improvement.
Previously, I have added value to these processes with application of various concepts/methodologies/techniques like Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC),Total Quality Management (TQM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
I am a great believer of the saying "None of us is as smart as all of us". When committed to work as a team, an individual can achieve higher/tougher targets much more efficiently and effectively. With this belief, I have developed more than 100 associates as internal auditors and process quality engineers.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by my intellectual curiosity which never let me stop learning new things and I have only one resolution that is to continue with this journey .....................
