With over 13 years of experience in the Information Technology, Manufacturing, BPM, and AI-Based Software Development industries, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my current role as the Chief Business Officer at Orel IT - the premier AI-based software development and BPM company in Sri Lanka. Throughout my career, I have held a range of leadership positions, including Software Project Manager, Senior Software Account Manager, General Manager in Manufacturing industry, Head of Shared Services, and Chief Administrative Officer, which have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape.
As a business leader, I am committed to staying on the cutting edge of technology and seeking out innovative solutions to drive growth and success for my company and clients. I believe that technology is a powerful tool that can be leveraged to solve complex business problems, and I am always exploring new ideas and strategies to achieve this goal.
My passion for technology and innovation is rooted in my education and background in Software Engineering and Enterprise Planning(SAP-ERP). I hold a BSc Hons in Software Engineering and an MSc in Enterprise Planning, which have provided me with the technical knowledge and analytical skills necessary to excel in my field. Additionally, I have completed several industry certifications and professional development courses to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in my industry.
In my current role at OREL IT, I am responsible for overseeing the company's business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. I work closely with our team of experts to develop and implement innovative solutions that help our clients achieve their business objectives.
