About
After completing my BS degree in Psychology, I developed a keen interest in HR and pursued a post-graduate Diploma in HR. Subsequently, I acquired an HR Manager certification from the American Certification Institute and a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. I am a strong advocate of continuous learning.
With over two decades of experience in HR, I have made significant contributions across all HR domains, receiving recognition such as:
- Lightning Bolt Award from DynCorp International (now Amentum) for overseeing the successful transition of the Egypt local national workforce
- Shortlisted for the Inclusive Community Award by Rolls-Royce One HR for my contributions to the D&I space
- On-the-Spot award for leading Rolls-Royce Solutions ME as the first branch in the EMEAR region to achieve a 100% sign-on in the management application.
I am of Philippine origin, living and working in the UAE for over 16 years.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing badminton, reading, escape room games, and volunteering. Recently, I was honoured with a specially commissioned medal and certificate from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for my contribution to Expo 2020 Dubai. I am results-oriented, a self-starter, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
