multiSEARCH is a market leader within the Recruitment and Human Resources space. I established and founded multiSEARCH in 1990. I am responsible for the strategic direction of the company. multiSEARCH provides organisations with the best talent their money can buy, – scarce skills in both the permanent, temporary and contract market. multiSEARCH specialises in IT, Retail, Banking, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance & Project Management.
I started in the recruitment industry in 1980 and have seen the industry change over the years; we at multiSEARCH have embraced and evolved with the changing times. We view these changes as exciting and adventurous. However although we are ever loving, improving and changing continuously our focus remains people centric. We are non-negotiable about respect, quality, service and delivery.
Blanche the person; I have been married to the same man since 1974 ( so I am a wife), mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, animal and nature lover. I am passionate about my family, animals and friends. I am a huge advocate of self-development and continuous learning. We provide our team with opportunities to learn, develop and grow; we support and encourage the latter.
