About
With more than 23 years of experience in web and cloud hosting, technical support, software development services, and infrastructure management, I have gained a deep understanding of what it takes to build and lead successful teams. As an Executive Team Member in an entrepreneurial environment for 17 years, I managed the full spectrum of an organization's operations, including sales, customer success, project management, technical support, quality management, branding, product/service development, HR, and training. During my tenure, I grew the organization from 40 members in 2004 to over 350+ engineers, achieving 7 times revenue as of today.
My experience spans across various roles in the organization, starting from a PHP Developer, Linux Admin, Data Center & Web Hosting Engineer, Team Lead, Quality Manager, Trainer, Training Head, Product Evangelist, Account Manager, Sales Head, and more. These diverse opportunities helped me become agile and adaptable, and I possess expertise in managing cross-cultural teams of 100+ engineers and motivating people at all levels of the organization.
Working with international clients and SDUs to sign-off on MSAs, project transition plans, hiring plans, on-boarding schedules, and cut-over schedules provided valuable insights into managing accounts and delivering successful outcomes. I advised CEOs, business heads, and their staff on business strategy, product strategy, operations, and sales. I created and implemented KPIs for various departments and teams to monitor performance. My technical expertise extends to debugging and fixing complex IT infrastructure issues in data centers, cloud providers, and web applications. I am a certified AWS Solution Architect and have completed PGCPM from IIMK, a 13-month general management program for executives.
My domain/technologies expertise includes web-hosting, data centers, internet technologies, healthcare/life science, ISPs, Fintech, Linux, cloud, AWS, software high availability, high-performance computing, infrastructure management, IT management, IaaS, responsive web applications, and PWAs.As a leader, I owned and operated teams ranging from two to over 100 members and have expertise in hiring, training, and managing team members.
