About
I’m an aviation and airline sector professional with experience across customer experience, policy, strategy, communications and project management.
I’m currently part of the Commercial team at Dohop looking after all things Customer Experience and Communications.
Previously part of the Customer Experience Team at easyJet where I focused on Customer Communications for both reactive and longer term projects, with a particular interest in service recovery, disruption and governmental requirements. Working to ensure that we communicated with customers effectively and delivered a great customer experience.
Prior to this I worked within the Aviation Strategy and Consumers team at the Department for Transport. Focusing on the high-profile Flightpath to the Future Strategic Framework and subsequent Aviation Council. This role followed early promotion from the Civil Service Fast Stream.
During my time on the Fast Stream, I worked in a variety of roles throughout 3 rotations, spending time at HMRC, SCVO & the MoD. My ‘on the job’ experience was coupled with professional training, including achieving my PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification.
I graduated with an MSc in Global Economy from the University of Glasgow which followed a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Politics, also at UofG, the previous year. Whilst at University I interned with the John Smith Centre, working with an MSP in the Scottish Parliament and I also spent time studying overseas in Beijing, China with the British Council.
