Offering over twenty years of practical Technical experience in the food manufacturing sector, with over ten years as Head of Department.
I bring extensive experience of improving manufacturing standards, lowering complaint levels, new product development and EPD challenges, whilst working closely with the major retailers.
My technical and industry knowledge makes me a good decision maker and an ability to see the “big picture” supports the work I do in building capability into my teams.
I have a strong working knowledge of processes and applications within the food industry, and how the use of KPI’s can improve personal and business performance.
