• "Construction Manager" for multiple healthcare clinic projects, including a 10,000 sq. ft. Neuromusculoskeletal Center, a 3,000 sq. ft Primary Care Clinic, a 3 story Specialty Care Clinic remodel which included a brand new Infusion Center, and the construction of a Sleep Center in an existing hotel structure.
• Member of the “Multi-Departmental Team” participating in the development of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 processes and procedures, to attain proper certification. Included aspects of Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Business Quality Management, Health and Safety Management and Environmental Management.
• Member of an "Executive Core & Construction Management Team" responsible for the construction of two corporate Facilities, both in excess of 180,000 sq. ft. The first a corporate headquarters, with a 40,000 sq ft manufacturing floor, Clinical Lab space, and Full Service Cafe, the second a 200,000 sq. ft warehouse, fully racked with conveyor system, with over 10,000 sq. ft of office space.
• “Relocation Team Manager” directing the move of a high tech manufacturing company, which included people, furniture, complex manufacturing equipment, and both raw and finished goods
• Past President and Vice President of the local Seattle Chapter of IFMA, Board or Committee member for 10 years and IFMA member for over 12 years
• Member of the Metropolitan Improvement District Advisory Board
• Member of the Downtown Seattle Association (DSA), West Edge Marketing Committee, which plans and implements downtown Seattle events such as the annual West Edge Chalk Walk, and the West Edge Sculpture Exhibit.
