I currently help some of the leading Indian & Global organisations ( Fortune 100)in crafting digital strategy, building digital platforms, GTM in terms of digital marketing & distribution, analytics, data & talent hiring. I work closely with CEOs, Board & Global VCs in helping through Industry need gap analysis, Digital strategy, transformation and new business model. Banking, WealthTech, GenAI, SaaS & Fintech space.
With over 10years experience as Digital Leaders ( last as President and Chief Digital Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank) , I was responsible for building and growing the digital business ( including Digital Bank 811), across retail and SME business. This includes digital platforms, engineering & products, customer facing apps. I lead the digital strategy, transformation, payments, innovation, wealth tech, fintech, startup, ecosystem, and future-ready initiatives for the bank, leveraging emerging technologies and India stack solutions( OCEN, AA, ONDC etc.)
As a member of the Advisory Board at Instabase, I support growth of Instabase in India by helping enterprise leverage AI & GenAI capabilities to unstructured data for actionable insights.
As an Independent Director at Suryoday Small Finance Bank, I support bank in its endeavour to drive profitable growth, financial empowerment & scale leveraging digital, technology, business model and growth levers
As Member of Customer Advisory Board at Airtel, I contribute to the strategy, use cases, and customer value proposition for enterprise customers of the telecom giant. I provide specific inputs on product innovation around financial service use cases, including 5G.
I also mentor fintech and startups across the globe, sharing my expertise in product design and engineering, revenue and growth hacking, business model change, platform and business development, and ecosystem building.
