Change and Transformation is my passion and I have been fortunate to apply this across a range of organisations and industries. Whether it is a complete organisational restructure and successfully securing overhead reductions, whilst driving process efficiencies and commercial value, or delivering a safety initiative that reduces TRIFR from 12 to 5 in a large multi-disciplinary organisation, I can drive change and deliver results.
My leadership is characterised by practical value, connection, and a strong team focus. I operate and navigate through the traditional boundaries of HR with strong business acumen, thought leadership and influence. My extensive experience has equipped me with resilient, empathetic skills to foster an agile and innovative culture.

* Successfully restructured a large engineering and component overhaul function

* Restructured Divisional Senior Leadership teams
* Developed and introduced front line leadership programs
* Implemented a multi layered employee engagement processes
* Implementation of multi-layer programs to increase diversity including successful introduction of female sponsorship programs
