About
Results driven, I bring my senior experienced-based operations background across general management, safety, engineering, projects, maintenance and operations excellence.
Most of my career has been spent within the refining industry, from process engineer and plant manager to refinery manager. I have worked for different companies, Shell, Petroplus, Colas in different countries and multicultural environments.
I joined Adisseo in September 2019, as Managing Director of 3 industrial sites located in Les Roches and Roussillon (South of Lyon) and in Bayonne.
I have implemented various performance improvement plans founded on change culture and effective leadership. With integrity and determination, I successfully led different reorganisations, in sometimes difficult environments, whilst focusing on people, social dialogue and the company’s best interest.
I bring a strong understanding of HSE culture from SEVESO-classified manufacturing sites. I have a deeply ingrained commitment to ethics and regulatory compliance; I believe that achieving business objectives and acting responsibly in our communities are interrelated.
I enjoy delivering pragmatic solutions, teamwork, developing people, implementing best practices, and contributing to the creation of value.
