patient engagement platform provided intuitive consumer experience and member
engagement to enable enhanced economical and clinical outcomes.
● Envisioned, built, launched, and operated scalable cloud-based pharmacy claim
adjudication platform that support patented pharmacy claim adjudication process across
multiple pharmacy network partners for all lines of business i.e. Commercial, Exchange,
Medicare, Medicaid, and Worker Comp.
● Extended product offerings then to the flagship product FAST Enterprise Application that
provided end to end capability to run and operate pharmacy payer operations via single
door application e.g. Formulary Management; Utilization Management; Benefit Plan Design;
Real Time Claim Processing Management; Member Support; Clinical Operations and Prior
Authorization Workflow management to name few.
● Establish end to end product, technology and operation organization for startup and mid-size
organization that includes Product, Engineering; Client Support; Project Management; Security and Compliance (HIPAA & HITECH); and IT
● Program and Project Management for technology transformation initiatives
● Been on both side of M&A. With Teva Pharmaceutical, led technology integration of two
large corporate acquisition to extend Teva product lines and market offerings. Then with
G&W initially led technology integration of two separate acquisitions and then exited by
divesting business to Avista Capital Partners and supporting the divesture via TSA.
