During the past 10 years, I've been dedicated to the HR professional field. Due to my international background, I've always been keen to be part of international businesses driven by a people-first Culture.I have a deep experience in consultancy and results driven companies. I do believe that ambitious goals and a well defined strategy is a must to keep a talented workforce motivated, engaged and committed to a long term path professional relationship.During the past years, I've worked in different sectors such as shipping, engineering, telecom, petroleum as well as software sectors. The size of the companies I've been engaged to, goes from multinational corporate businesses to start-ups.My current role has been up to date, the most rewarding, challenging and ambitious journey in my career. I joined a business with a start-up size and mindset willing to grow into one of the best software development consultancy firms in the European market.During these years, I've been part of the Leadership team as an HR Leader for the Spanish team of the business.-> Growing the team in an organic scalable path from 10 employees in 2019 up to +100 by the end of 2021.-> Mentoring, managing and leading an HR successful team of +4 HR professionals.-> Creating from scratch, developing and maintaining all different policies and procedures related to People such as:Employee handbook, Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Leave and Attendance, Health & Safety, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Labour legislation policies, , CSR as well as Data Protection.-> Managing a happy and engaged team has been a must. As a result, in 2022, we were recognized by Great Place To Work as one of the best companies to work at in Spain achieving the 7th position of the ranking.-> As a result orientated professional, some of the goals achieved I am very proud of would be:- 98% of candidates achieving successfully their probation period.- increasing women in tech roles up to 33% throughout the years.- Boosting internal promotions in more than 30% per year.- Achieving low turnover rates: in 2021 before merging with DCSL, our turnover rate was lower to 5%- Growing business areas and expertise fields by Architecture, Java, .NET, Node JS, React, React Native, Data Engineers, DevOps, UX/UI, Delivery Manager roles.- Boosting our Fun & Pride value by leading the global event post pandemic and merge in Madrid with more than 250 employees from Spain, UK, Romania & Hungary.- Promoting to the HR Director in Spain.
