My purpose is to enable mutually symbiotic growth of organizations and its people by creating an environment where people thrive and strive for exceptional outcomes.
In a career spanning over one and a half decade I have gathered experience across most HR verticals with expertise in compensation & total rewards (including expat compensation and LTI vehicles), have worked with multi cultural teams and have had the opportunity to work in business roles as well.
I have led HR across industries and geographies. I have worked with Consumer Products, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing across India, SAARC Sub-continent (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka), South-east Asia (Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia) and Africa (South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria).
I currently head HR for the India & SAARC business of GCPL.
