From Jalna to London to LA—my journey has been steeped in business, brand-building, and bold bets. I grew up in the heart of Maharashtra, surrounded by conversations about seeds, supply chains, and scaling. Business wasn’t just discussed at the dinner table—it was lived. That early exposure shaped how I think about growth: as a blend of tradition, intuition, and experimentation. Fast forward to today—I lead Amrita Tea at Malpani Group, where I’ve helped scale the brand from ₹40Cr to ₹56Cr in a year, while repositioning it from a commodity FMCG product to one with culture, character, and recall. But the growth didn’t happen in isolation. It’s been a journey shaped by diverse experiences: – Studying marketing and consumer psychology at USC and UCL, – Launching a new vertical during the chaos of COVID, – Managing teams and campaigns across India, London, and LA, – Balancing old-school retail fundamentals with new-age brand strategy. Through it all, I’ve learned how to zoom in on execution while zooming out on the brand vision—how to blend creative storytelling with operational clarity. What I believe in: → Stories that shift behavior, not just sell products → Data that sparks decisions, not just decks → Systems that simplify, so teams can focus on what matters Outside of work, I find inspiration in movement—whether it's a long road trip, early morning flights, or a quiet Pilates session.
