I am a seasoned Insurance professional with 20 plus years of experience spanning across markets . I am ambitious, hardworking and looking to challenges the status co all the time.
I am a qualified Actuary with expertise in Valuation and reporting, with exposure to various standards ( USGAAP, AIFRS, IFRS 17, Local GAAP), Mergers and Acquisitions, Pricing, Business Development and Risk Management.
I have a track record of successfully navigating complex regulatory environments and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability. My ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, coupled with my strong analytical skills, has been instrumental in shaping the success of the organizations I have been a part of.

Some of my key accomplishments over the years are
- Leading Integration of Actuarial function of two insurance companies. Including integration of teams (by alignment of skills, compensation structure), rationalisation of products, processes, controls and migration of data to have one data base.
- Developed unified compensation structure for merged Agency distribution channel
- Leading discussion on Actuarial matters and valuation as part of stake sale process with the shortlisted potential buyers.
- Production of draft financial statement in compliance with IFRS 17 standards
- Partnering with the global team to develop pitch document for World Bank sponsored project on financial reforms for Bangladesh
- Advising on stake sale / purchase for various JV partners in India
-Evaluate and advise on the distribution agreement for a bancassurance partnership
-Updating the management on the quality of business and trends in the business
