As SHEIN's Head of Europe, Garcia designed and implemented Europe's corporate and commercial strategy and assisted the Middle East, Latin America, and the US with global initiatives.
He increased the company's potential public valuation from $65B to $90B by developing new business models to expand the SHEIN brand into a "Shein Ecosystem, " leveraging his digital transformation, marketing, and e-commerce expertise.
Before that, he led the Retail and Consumer Goods vertical at Salesforce, helping clients succeed during their digital transformation journey. Garcia has also held senior roles at Inditex (Zara), Burberry, H&M, M&S, Landmark, and Chalhoub Group, where he managed 8 luxury and premium brands across regions.
He is a Harvard and MIT alumnus with a strong business administration, marketing, and negotiation background.
