Hello! I’m a Charlotte based serial brand builder and health & wellness aficionado.
Over the last decade I've built multiple health brands that can be found in places like Whole Foods, Walmart, GNC, Petco and more. This was all birthed from my sometimes unhealthy obsession with Amazon-powered product development and marketing.
Ever since that first scoop of creatine at 14, I've been fascinated with leveraging natural vitamins and supplements to maximize human potential. I turned this passion into a career by founding Fifth & Fido, a holistic supplement brand for dogs.
I followed this up with JoySpring, a better-for-you vitamin brand for kids. The premise was simple: clinically proven herbs, no junk, made just for kids. My kiddos have a blast testing every product we release (tough crowd).
Prior to founding DTC brands I spent 10 years in operations leadership, culminating in a Regional Director role where I helped retailers grow revenue and run more efficiently so they kept more of it.
When I'm not hammering away on my MacBook I can be found at the gym, traveling, or watching Disney flicks with my 4 girls.
