I have the ability to lead projects from budget design, purchasing management and on-site start-up. For all levels of hotel and restaurant range and on all continents.
Through my know-how, I am able to optimize investment budgets and deadlines, while ensuring compliance with the designer's specifications, the satisfaction of operational staff and the benefit of the investor. All under constrained budget conditions and limited work schedules.
I have worked on all continents on more than 300 projects, after having held operational management positions in luxury establishments.
This experience also allows me to advise manufacturers in their organization, their development and their commercial strategy.
I am passionate about the world of hotels, the dynamics of large projects and working with several teams.
My leadership is not that of a showman, but shows itself in difficulty and over time.
