I'm an entrepreneurial self-starter who built a company and remote work team without debt. I prioritized investing in people, acting on customer needs, and improving processes. With a passion for developing ideas, businesses, and people, I have over 20 years of experience managing client-facing teams. My skills include providing exceptional customer experience, business development, contract negotiation, mentoring, and strategic partnerships.
After managing HOAs for over 19 years where I worked with my Dad before he retired, I moved my career in a brand new direction. While homeschooling my kids, mentoring, teaching in our co-op and volunteering at our local elementary schools, I discovered the joy of watching people connect what they are learning and how they experience the world around them. Energized by thoughtful observation, curiosity, challenging the status quo, and innovative problem-solving, I take a purposeful approach to most situations and people.
