Driven by purpose, fueled by compassion, and guided by professionalism — I am someone who finds meaning in helping others move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
With a diploma in Health, Wellness, and Fitness from Mohawk College, I currently work as an Assistant Physiotherapy professional at FlexWell Physiotherapy, where I support clients of all ages through injury rehabilitation, mobility recovery, and post-treatment care. I also handle clinic administration, including client intake, appointment scheduling, and charting using Jane App — ensuring both therapeutic and operational excellence.
My passion for movement extends beyond the clinic. I serve as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at ISBA Basketball, where I design and lead performance-based training sessions that support athlete development, injury prevention, and resilience. Additionally, my hands-on placement experience at Asset Physio helped me build confidence in therapeutic techniques and client communication in real clinical settings.
Outside of my professional work, I’m a curious traveler, creative video editor, and a strong believer in continuous learning. Whether it’s exploring new places or exploring new tools, I bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and professionalism to everything I do. My ultimate goal is to grow into the role of a Neuro Physiotherapist, where I can combine my skills, passion, and empathy to make a lasting impact on people’s lives.
