To introduce myself, I am a teacher at heart, a student for life, a wife, a mother, and a support system to an ever-growing family at home and work. I have over 13 years of experience in the social sector, with a focus on development management, data analysis, partnerships, and quality assurance. I hold a postgraduate degree in Development Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research and a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur.
In my current role, I am responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategy for the Functional English program, managing project plans, budgets, and timelines, and building a high-performing team. I also collaborate with various stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and NGOs, to ensure buy-in and support for the program.
I am passionate about making learning joyful and inclusive for everyone, especially for the marginalized and underserved communities in rural India. I have received several awards and recognition for my work, such as the Luminary Growth Champion, Woman in Corporate Awards, and the Woman Professional of the Year Award. I also mentor young professionals, deliver talks at academic institutions, and speak on various forums to share my insights and learnings.
