I'm a professional communicator with extensive experience in external and internal communications, public relations, marketing, and social media. Always accustomed to wearing multiple hats, I simultaneously wield analytical, organizational, writing and design skills, and with these powers combined, I have a track record of success in increasing audience appeal and retention.
I’m also a lifelong gamer and fantasy/sci-fi geek who’s achieved the dream of actually getting to use both my BA in English and MA in PR—my thesis was about CSR for video game addiction—in an industry about which I’m genuinely passionate.
Working with words has always been my lifelong passion, and in carving out my communications career I've emphasized copywriting and editing as my primary strength. I believe effective writing can reach out to audiences like nothing else--and the exponential growth and engagement I’ve brought to my companies’ social media platforms and consumer communities shows it.
Outside of the office, I game, pick up heavy things and put them down, bake lots of bread, ride my bicycle where I like, play with my cats, and occasionally escape into nature to recharge.
