With over 30 years of experience, Scott is a collaborative leader who utilizes industry insights as well as financial expertise to establish consumer-driven business plans, facilitate key partnerships and deliver exceptional products. As an open, dynamic leader Scott tackles complex business problems and creates high-performing company cultures that deliver sustainable success in challenging and competitive global markets. His distinguished track record exhibits success in a range of business environments and industries, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial strategy, global perspective, governance, legal and regulatory compliance, business transformation, strategic planning and LEAN manufacturing. His industry experience spans Consumer and Commercial Goods, Manufacturing, Building Products, Automotive, Chemical and Oil. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis (Olin Business School). He is a current member on the Board of Directors for American Woodmark and a member of the Pamplin Finance Advisory Board at Virginia Tech. In addition, Scott serves as an independent director on the Board at Flexsteel Industries, Inc.
