I am holding a Doctor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). I also was an exchange student at Cranfield University in England. I am also holding a Specialist and a BSc degree in Food Science and Technology from the Federal University of Pampa (UNIPAMPA). My research interest is in the food science and technology area, mainly food analysis, food microbiology, and food mycology. I have experience in food quality assurance and food control, good manufacturing practices (GMP), HACCP, and predictive microbiology.
