My career in food retail and manufacturing spans Australia, the UK and Canada with senior trading roles at Coles Australia, Woolworths and Sobeys in Canada. Today I am the Global Food Innovation Director for Costa Coffee, a Coca-Cola owned company with 4000 stores. Before Costa, I held an operating board role as Commercial & NDP Director at Park Cakes, one of the UK’s largest own-label bakery manufacturers, selling to M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury's Aldi, Sobeys, Coles and exporting to EMENA and North America.
