About
Natasha is an innovative leader, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and social activist. With more than 30 years of diverse experience, both theoretical and experiential, she brings her unique vision and wisdom, converting obstacles and challenges into success. Natasha started several successful businesses, including her own interior design business in 2007; as the market crashed in 2008, the business pivoted from high end designs to working with realtors to stage homes, helping many families sell their homes and avoid bankruptcy during the recession. To manage her stressors, she underwent extensive training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, becoming a certified instructor in 2009, and has continued her practice and teaching since then.
In 2015, on her first diving trip to St. Croix, she fell in love with the Island, its custom’s and people. On her return, she began investing in several US properties, including the USVI. She actively manages her properties either as long-term rentals or Airbnb’s. She has judiciously expanded her rental business to align with the needs of increased remote work during and post COVID-19.
Natasha is a Licensed Social Worker, having graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers in 2017. During this time, she gained global experience, focused on fostering international collaboration with an acute understanding of policies and social service implementation and delivery through a multicultural/diversity lens. She has experience in the fields of mental health and substance abuse disorders and addiction. Natasha was born and raised in South Africa and emigrated to the USA 30 years ago. She now lives and works in Sarasota.
