Developer of the mobile application - likely the first of its kind at its debut back in 2006 - used by our colleagues to capture Compliance and Conformance with photographic evidence across multiple vendors and categories. Data feeds the ‘Vignette’ survey and merchandiser management system, The system provides end to end survey management functionality, people management and reporting for colleagues and vendors.
Implementation of web portal solutions providing colleagues and third parties with their first point of contact for order tracking, customer service problem resolution and product reordering across multiple categories including Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals.
Second level support for the distribution centre’s automation and voice driven fulfilment systems incorporating systems such as Vocollect Voice, cross belt and A-frame sortation equipment consisting of Dorner, Interroll, Knapp, Rockwell & WAGO components.
