I am passionate about helping individuals, teams, and businesses reach their fullest potential. With a solid track record of creating a performance-oriented culture through aligning business performance to individual performance, I build, lead and support strong teams and motivate them to drive business transformation across geographies. I have delivered more than 50 leadership development workshops in 20 different countries.
My experience encompasses all facets of HR at country, regional and global levels, and I have wide-ranging expertise in developing organizational capabilities in complex international environments. Innovative and forward-looking, I deliver robust HR solutions that become key business drivers and I design and implement effective HRIS tools and systems.
Having joined the ABB Group as a Management Trainee, I gained valuable experience first as an HR generalist and moved subsequently to corporate roles. In 2007 I set up and led the HR Operation Center for India, and in 2009 I went to China to head up ABB’s HR Center there. Two years later I returned to India as Country HR Manager. From 2016, I led the company’s HR Transformation for the AMEA region, setting up the HR Center from scratch and implementing the three-pillar model across 45 countries while serving also as Regional Head of Compensation and Benefits. In 2018, I moved to Switzerland as the Group’s Global Head of HR Operations.
Deeply fascinated by the transformative potential of technology, I find great satisfaction in building capabilities that facilitate individual growth while also significantly impacting the business. Whatever I undertake, I see through to successful conclusion with focus, tenacity and the utmost commitment.
