Highly committed with professionalism and ethics. I am human being first, then an engineer. I love to teach other members of the team what I learn, and learn back from them as much as I can. Creating new methods and systems to automate cost-effective tasks that solve problems, has been my daily job for the last 7 years. I take what I have on hands to transform it in the required solution and exploit its production potential to 100%. I solved problems withing two weeks that others before me abandoned after two years of no results. I fully automated a system that involves almost 30 tests, and that lasted 4 minutes, to 70 seconds, which resulted in a truly break-thru, less production cost and more quantity per-hour products for the company. I developed the first close-loop autovariac test system in the company. I led a team that merged more than 90 different VFDs models tests and four different test fixtures, in a single, semi-automated test stand, reducing change-of-job costs and optimizing the learning curve of the operator. I developed the first automated Hour-by-Hour system, its interfaces like Conveyor, Counter and monitor, using C# language and HTML. I integrated the Hi-Pot test into the Final Test process in 7 Test Fixtures, making the test more safe and speeding up the delivery time. I developed and maintained several test procedures. I trained and give permanent technical support to over 60 operators in more than 100 different products we manufacture in the plant. I developed the first test equipment network in the plant for SCADA purposes. Part of it is used to generate and extract daily production reports and part only for real time remote monitoring.
