Hello! I am Richa Gupta. I am an independent PR consultant and a super mom. With over 18 years of work experience, I specialize in PR Marketing, Collaborations, Event Management, and Interactive Media Planning. I started my career with a PR agency. Working with them for six years, I learned and grew on the job as I worked with high-end luxury brands and top designers like Rohit Bal, Tarun Tahiliani, Vikram Phadnis, Meera - Muzzaffar Ali, and more. Strategizing for the launch of Select City Walk, Emporio and Ambience Mall in Delhi was a highlight of my professional career with the agency.
A complete Dilli person in and out, basing out of this city and working with different, high-end labels in augmenting their growth and brand awareness has helped me learn the ropes of luxury consultancy. I started as a luxury PR trainee and did specialization in this coveted niche industry.
In 2010, I decided to take the reins of my career and work as an independent PR consultant. In a time and era when there was no culture of independent PR professionals or PR freelancers, I took this plunge (that has paid off gloriously in hindsight) and worked diligently with my experience and knowledge. The first ever client we onboarded was the leading luxury home and décor brand – Sarita Handa who is to date being served by us. From my humble beginnings to working as an independent consultant, I was fortunate enough to get work because of reasonable costing, robust marketing, PR models, and a penchant for infusing new strategies focusing on igniting conversations that drive appeal and a brand’s fame.
Today, there is a fundamental shift in what “luxury” means to consumers, and grasping that has helped in creating value-driven campaigns that drive deeper partnerships and continuous growth for our clients. With influencer marketing and social media becoming a huge part of PR, I understand what it takes for brands to grow and thrive in such a vast industry.
