I am a Los Angeles-based, certified clinical hypnotherapist with twenty-two years experience helping clients and students in my online courses make healthy lifestyle changes. I combine hypnosis and cognitive therapy techniques in a unique SHIFT program for weight loss, quitting smoking, stress reduction and performance enhancement.
I am also the author of "From Fat to Thin Thinking: Unlock Your Mind for Permanent Weight Loss"

I discovered hypnosis as a way to end my own smoking and compulsive eating habits. Motivated by my personal success, I studied hypnotherapy at American Pacific University and trained under leading hypnotherapists Tad James M.S., Ph.D. and Tom Silver, B.A.
In one-on-one sessions and group SHIFT seminars and workshops throughout Los Angeles and the South Bay, I have coached more than 1,000 men and women in "shifting" out of their limiting beliefs and habits and into positive, healthful mindsets. After participating in just one SHIFT HYPNOSIS session, 95% of smokers quit. The 30-day, SHIFT WEIGHT MASTERY PROCESS is also highly successful in helping clients maintain long-term weight control.
I have private hypnotherapy and lifestyle coaching practices in the mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles. I also consult with clients by phone or zoom.
