Most recent role being Bakery Product Developer for FoodCo - Woolworths Group- working with world leading suppliers to deliver quality products enjoyed by people across Australia. As well as NPD Sweet Bakery Manager with Allied Pinnacle; A fast paced role working in a dynamic & changing environment taking products from concept stage, to development, right through to Commercialisiation. Pervious to this role I was the founder & owner of the highly successful "Cake Art Australia" established in 1996 with stores located in the North West and Greater West of Sydney. As owner and director of the company my role encompassed all facets of business ownership which included but not limited to corporate purchasing, team leadership, staff training financial control and customer satisfaction as well as delivering classes to the general public. With a sound knowledge of diverse specialty baking techniques & a constant track record of creating and decorating cakes that exceed customer expectations. In addition to product development & managing the well know specialty cake company my experience also encompasses teaching & mentoring up and coming apprentices, whilst employed as a teacher & educator at the prestigious Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE teaching Retail Baking Combined.
