About
I have a knack for creatively streamlining processes with strong attention to detail. I am a passionate marketing strategist, communicator, and trainer. I greatly enjoy developing customer-focused email/SMS campaigns, optimizing websites, creating process documentation/training, and designing engaging presentations.
How did I get here? After beginning my career at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek Hotel and graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida, I launched my 7-year career at Hilton Corporate. This is where I found my love for learning & development as a Learning Specialist where I coordinated training.
I landed a new role in 2015 as an eCommerce Specialist and was promoted to eCommerce Manager in 2018. I specialized in performing consultations, executing strategic digital marketing tactics, and providing reporting on digital marketing campaigns.
I was able to combine my two passions of learning & development and digital marketing in 2019 when I became an eCommerce Onboarding Manager. My focus was building and managing strong digital foundations for new hotels by implementing SEO tactics, optimizing 3rd party listings/social media, and training hotel teams on marketing tools.
Then, in 2020, my career took me to work full-time on the Communications/PR team for Orange County, FL Government. There, I co-led the #IGotMyShot COVID-19 vaccine campaign, winning 16 local state, and national awards.
Now, I work for CVS Health Corporate as a Caremark Member Marketing Manager. As a marketing strategist, I focus on email and SMS campaigns to promote member benefits. I designed and outlined the campaign process and am responsible for onboarding new marketing colleagues.
