Scott has maintained a dual career in business trades (Automotive retail/dealership CRM training, finance; wireless retail/telecom B2B) and music (production, performance/marketing) over the last 25+ years following a distinguished tour of duty in the United States Marine Corps.
He serves as Musical Director of Iron Bar Entertainment/Durti-Ryce, The Paris Escovedo Project, and also 3rd Scenario, L.A.'s hottest Neo-JazzSoul band, and his home studio is currently generating his debut solo project as well as soundtracks for various TV, web series and film projects. He serves as Associate Minister of Music at Zoe Christian Fellowship of Los Angeles for the past 2 years and previously had an 8-year tenure as an Associate Minister of Music at Crusade Christian Faith Center in Inglewood, CA. The 2005 N.A.A.C.P. Theatre Award-winning musical director is father to two accomplished daughters: the elder is a decorated Navy Veteran, the younger, is a first-year medical student. Scott is celebrating two years of marriage to Navy Veteran and Cyber Security Systems Engineer Lori Shepard Allen.
Scott and his former business partner in 3rd Scenario were signed with the Spectra Jazz Division of Spectra Music Group as artists and producers.

With 30 years of experience in Automotive Retail Management, Automotive SaaS, Telecom/wireless retail, and B2B, Allen has been a competitive force in sales, and a developer of new talent as a Sales Manager, General Manager, Internet/E-commerce/Fleet manager, Business Development Director, and National CRM SaaS Trainer.
