I have over 20 years of experience in delivering complex technology solutions that enable sustainable and scalable growth for the banking and insurance sectors. I have successfully implemented large scale transformation initiatives such as Robotic Process Automation, IT and Security modernization, data center consolidation, desktop virtualization, and disaster recovery.
I have also evangelized and executed the DevSecOps model, providing efficiency and agility for the IT operations. Additionally, I have reduced IT costs by optimizing the IT budget and vendor contracts, and aligned the IT strategy with the business goals and vision. Currently, I am pursuing an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. I have also completed executive programs from The Wharton School and London Business School, covering topics such as Corporate Development, Mergers and Acquisitions, Global Strategy and Organization, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship. These programs have enhanced my leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, and prepared me for the next level of career advancement. My mission is to leverage my technology and information security expertise, along with my business acumen, to drive digital transformation and innovation for the organization. I am passionate about learning new technologies, best practices, and industry trends, and applying them to create value for the customers, stakeholders, and employees.
